1. GENERAL

At Shri VED G PHARMA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our Ayurvedic and herbal products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on www.shrivedgpharma.com, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns or replacements will be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged during transit

The product received is defective

The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request.

 

3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened, used, or partially used products

Products with tampered seals or missing packaging

Products purchased under discounts, offers, or clearance sales

Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Ayurvedic and herbal products once opened cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

 

4. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate a return or replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Order ID

Clear photos of the product & packaging

Unboxing video (mandatory)

Reason for return

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

 

5. VERIFICATION & APPROVAL

a) All return/refund requests will be verified by our quality control team.

b) Once approved, we will arrange:

Replacement, or

Refund, as applicable

c) Shri VED G PHARMA reserves the right to reject any return request if it does not meet policy criteria.

 

6. REFUND PROCESS

a) Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

b) Refund processing time:

5–10 business days after approval

c) Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

 

7. REPLACEMENT POLICY

a) Replacements will be dispatched only after return request approval.

b) Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location and stock availability.

c) No replacement will be issued without valid proof (photos + unboxing video).

 

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

COD orders are not eligible for refunds to bank or wallet.

In case of approved returns for COD orders, replacement will be provided or refund may be issued via bank transfer, subject to approval.

 

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

a) Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

b) Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

c) To cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@shrivedgpharma.com.

 

10. COMPANY RIGHTS

Shri VED G PHARMA reserves the right to:

Modify this policy at any time without prior notice

Reject returns that do not comply with this policy

Take action against fraudulent return claims
